Lara, such the fashion plate. I love toile prints. I hope there will be clips of the performance somewhere online, I read that Ben wrote a new song for this?
I saw you at Boston University a week or two ago. I was quite impressed with your seductive cajon playing and sweet toy piano skillz. I went back to my room and made you a CD and wrote you a note. I gave them to Ben.
Now, through the wonders of blogging, I find out you are almost a decade older than me and that I misspelled your name “Laura” in my note. Sorry!
Anyway, I guess what I’m trying to say here is that I find your Australian accent and your Roland XP-30 quite alluring. On their own, each is nice. Together.. they're money. Please take care and stop by Boston anytime. And make sure you play "Bruised" again.

By the way, I like your friend's WXPN shirt in the photo. It's good to see that my favorite hometown radio station has a following down under.
'We're All In This Together' was fantastic! Definately the best performance of the night and one that made a lot more sense being there than Grinspoon's 'Thrills, Spills and Sunday pills (not actually sure if they're the right lyrics)' with the footballers twirling around ballerinas...as much as I do like Grinspoon and did find it quite funny.
Tell Gawain the slightly longish hair is hot stuff! Whats his super-duper long nickname again? The one Ben introduces him as onstage?
Congratulations on a fabulous performance...and that dress was divine! xoGeorgia
The Dream Center is a LA Based Christian Orginazation that does a lot of stuff for the community. They take in children, the homeless, the abused, and addicts and attempt to rehabilitate them. Just in case you were really curious. Loved the show at the silent movie theatre, in fact I took a picture with you. Come back soon.
good lord!! i just watched the clip from your performance at the commonwealth games!! incredible!! it's amazing to think i saw you playing a free show for a "common room" full of maybe 80 seated college students just a couple weeks ago.
incidentally, i think "we're all in this together" worked equally well in both venues.

I hope it is okay for me to put this link up Lara...
Also wanted to say thanks for the great show in Toronto March 18th.
I smile everytime I see "Lara xxx" scribbled on top of your head in the "AITNS" CD booklet you were gracious enough to sign for me. :-)
Take good care of you and yours and come back to T.O. soon!
